Retired List Blowout Sale & Maritime Card

Stampin' Up! is pinning awesome color combinations on their Pinterest board and here is one of them my group of Stamping Aunties was challenged with this week.

This is my take on the color combination! It uses the new Maritime DSP and coordinating stamp sets that will be available to order June 2nd. The circle framelits made the 'flotation device' a breeze :)

May Scrapbook Class

It's always hard to believe that these DSP sets that we've played with for a year are about to retire but I'm excited for all the always awesome new products and papers that are almost here! I live too far away to make to one of the Catalog Premiers that happened the other night -- super jealous!! I'm trying to wait patiently to be able to see the catalog and preorder ASAP :)

Quatrefancy Scrapbook Pages

July was the end of another round of Scrapbook Club and I really enjoyed the pages. This is one of the pages from the club. I love the Quatrefancy Specialty DSP. The colors are fabulous -- so summery!

Since Quatrefancy is a specialty DSP, you get one sheet that is a whisper white quatrefoil design printed on a window sheet. You can see it up close here -- it makes a great page overlay among other great uses! Hope you will join me for the next club! Fun on the 4th

I had a blast at a craft retreat this past weekend. I was lucky enough to spend 4 days with 6 other ladies and create some fun memories at a beautiful cabin in Garfield, MN (Friends Forever Retreat). Hopefully we can make it an every year event and maybe you will even join us! One of the many pages I got done was this 4th of July layout from early in the month.

I love how easy the DSP paper packs and the Polka Dot Parade DSP make an easy background. The Simply Stars set was one of the first sets I noticed in the new catalog and it is really easy to snip around. Thanks for stopping by!
