May Scrapbook Class

It's always hard to believe that these DSP sets that we've played with for a year are about to retire but I'm excited for all the always awesome new products and papers that are almost here! I live too far away to make to one of the Catalog Premiers that happened the other night -- super jealous!! I'm trying to wait patiently to be able to see the catalog and preorder ASAP :)

These are the pages for May Scrapbook Club -- May 8th in Watertown. And as always, if you can't make it but want the pages, email me before the end of the month and we can work out a mailing option or a separate time to complete them!
Sign up for my newsletter on the side of my blog and receive a $5 off coupon if you've never done my scrapbook class before :)

Thanks for stopping! Happy stamping :)

MDS Cowgirl Birthday

Georgia turned 1 over a month ago now! We had a fun cowgirl themed party. MDS is always my go-to party decoration maker! I used it for food labels and treats for guests....and of course a birthday banner. Don't forget to take advantage of the free trial if you are unsure if you would like it! Go to www.mydigitalstudio.net to check it out!
P.S. - I'm getting used to blogging on my phone so bare with me!

January Scrapbook Club

Just found this as a draft -- meaning I never published it way back in January :( Sad deal but here you go now!!!

Good morning everyone! Just a quick post of the 2 sets of pages we will be making this Thursday at Scrapbook club!
The first set of pages is CASEd from Jill's Card Creations -- I love the color combinations on her design!
And the bottom set of pages were inspired by a card Cherie Manderschied! I love the Champagne Glimmer paper :)
Hope you join me to scrapbook!!

Circle Card Thinlits Die Mini Scrapbook

The Circle Card Thinlits Die (#133480) has a million possibilities!! I love adding them together to make these adorable mini scrapbooks -- or it could even be just one jumbo card for someone extra special. I really didn't think I would use much of the High Tide DSP (#132992) but I got in touch with my inner nautical and really enjoyed using it. I think the color combinations are what sold me once I started using it. Thank God for Stampin' Up! and their color coordination to make life easy!

Here's the front -- loooooooooooove the baker's twine!

This is the back side all laid out.

This is the front side all laid out.

An extra bonus with the thinlit set is the extra shapes you get with it -- I did a cluster of the stars for an extra accent!

Can you recognize what I used on the bottom?! It's the Summer Starfruit 1 1/4" Striped Grosgrain Ribbon (#132980) all shredded up and stuck down on some sticky strip. I love how it has a sandy/beachy feel somehow!

Thanks for stopping by! Happy stamping :)

Flower Shop

September's stamp set of the month club was Flower Shop -- one of the first one's I wanted from the Annual Catalog. It makes it so easy with the coordinating punch too. I love the bundles to save money!

The new patterns in the patterned DSP stacks are lots of fun to mix & match.

The washi tapes add lots of pop to a card in no time.

I think vellum always softens up a card -- but I always seem to forget about it! I dragged it out for these last 2 cards -- there are so many uses!!

I've just announced my Christmas card special -- I hope you take me up on it!! December seems so far away but it'll be here before you know it -- so plan early!

Thanks for stopping by!

Stamp of the Month Club -- Zoo Babies

I couldn't wait for August's stamp set of the month club! I LOVE Zoo Babies. It was literally the first set I ordered from the Annual Catalog. So along with the stamp set, members received these 3 cards and the pieces to make the zebra card at home.

This little rhino card was cased from Mary Fish. The circle framelits make it so easy to add dimension to your card.

The new prints in the Designer Series Paper stacks are fabulous! I love chevron! And this zebra is my favorite from the set.

Winter Frost

There are so many awesome new things in the Holiday Catalog! Email me if you didn't receive your's in the mail and would like one.

This is a card we made at my Cards & Cocktails open house. I'm not ready for winter by any means but it seems to come every year in South Dakota whether I approve of it or not. So I embraced with this cool card. I LOVE the new DSP. All the blues blend together so well. I'm so excited about the new Thinlits to create the 'Merry'! Tip: Use a piece of wax paper between your paper and thinlit to make it pop off even easier. I use them so much...in card making and scrapbooking!

Festive Flurry Stamp Set & Framelits Bundle (133285)
Frosted Finishes Embellishments (132150)
